Intertek Green Leaf Certificate helps GRCN
Recently, Intertek Tianxiang Group issued the “Intertek Green Leaf Certificate – Product Carbon Footprint Project” to Jiangsu GRCN TRADE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GRCN”) for its water-based PU synthetic leather, water-based Haptex PU synthetic leather and water-based Haptex recycled PU synthetic leather products. Through the full life cycle assessment from cradle to gate, it provides authoritative carbon footprint data support for enterprises and helps GRCN layout the circular economy.
The Intertek Green Leaf Certificate system comprehensively quantifies the greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts of GRCN’s water-based polyurethane products in the raw materials, production, transportation and other links, which is a strong proof of GRCN’s practice of environmental protection, low carbon and recyclability. Obtaining this certificate not only demonstrates GRCN’s outstanding contribution in the field of environmental protection, but also helps it improve its international competitiveness, meet the requirements of global brands for environmental compliance in the supply chain, and set a green benchmark for the industry.
